Digital Printing refers to using digital imaging process that transfers the image directly onto plain paper immediately, without traditional offset rollers and plates. Usually toner based but can also use ink. Offset Printing is the method through he printed material does not receive the ink directly from the printing plate but from an intermediary cylinder called a blanket that receives the ink from the plate and transfers it to the paper.
Unfortunately we don’t take orders over the phone. Experience has shown us that Email contact is the best and easier way to communicate and send proofs and corrections. We usually answer emails within 24 hours.
We do not offer printed proof for printing projects, there are always color variations on Digital and Offset Print jobs that are not spot color. If you definitely require a printed proof please contact us before placing the order

Coating is an after-print process used to enhance and protect the printed piece. We offer different types of coating.
UV Coating: A clear compound instantly dried by Ultra violet light. Used to protect against scratches, tears and fingerprints. A slick, glossy coating. Silk Lamination: A dull matte film. Silk lamination give cards a luxurious smooth feel. Durable Silk lamination is tear and water resistant. Gloss Lamination:
High gloss film applied to one or both sides of a print product. Gloss lamination is clear, durable and resistant to tear and water.
Aqueous Coating: It is used to protect the piece and enhance its shine. Aqueous coating is applied to all 100lb gloss book and 100lb gloss cover.
Satin Aqueous Coating: Our Satin AQ is a water-based aqueous coating that helps seal and protect the printed product and provides a luxurious, satin finish. Suede: Soft to the touch, suede bestows a hint of luxury to brands. Suede products are printed with high quality equipment on 16pt card stock, then they are laminated on both sides with 1.5mil scuff resistant, soft velvet laminate, which give them a substantial thickness of 19pt. Uncoated: It means without any coating. The piece if left only with the print on the paper and the paper texture.
Bleed information refers to elements outside the finished piece. Often a printer requires bleed information on pieces that have bleed to allow for "printer bounce" when cutting a job down to size. Failing to provide bleed information and crop marks can result in finished pieces showing a thin area of white on the edge.
In layman terms we need the bleed in order to have the image or color reach all the way to the edge of the finished piece or the [paper will have a white frame around it.
This is the TRIM line where the product will be cut, notice the color extends beyond the Trim line.
This is the BLEED zone up to where the color extends to bring color all the way to the edge of the paper.
This is the INNER MARGIN, a safe zone inside the trim, important information should be kept inside the margin.
